Why you should work with a Top Professional

Are you interested in buying a property in San Diego? If so who you decide to work with can have a huge impact on your experience and your bottom line? Whether you are a first time homebuyer or an experienced real estate investor, working with the top professional real estate broker can make all the difference in saving you tens of thousands of dollars when buying a property.  So let me ask you a question, Why haven't you found your top real estate professional yet? The first thing to know is not all Real Estate agents are the same. Some agents only work part time from home and aren't as up to speed on the changing market condition, or don’t have access to all of the up to date tools that full time professional agents do. In fact, the National Real Estate Association states that in 2010 the average Real Estate agent conducts about 8 transactions a year. Some agents also work as a lone wolf, meaning they are on their own, trying to figure out their way to today's market with little or no support from anyone else, which can mean a lot to you as the buyer. You may not be getting the best representation or support. They may not also be exposed or knowledgeable in the different types of properties such as Short Sales or Foreclosures.

I'm a full time broker who closes hundreds of deals a year meaning I'm always exposed to the current and changing Real Estate Market Conditions that are happening. That also means that I have extensive negotiating skills when it comes to getting offers for buyers accepted on a property that buyers are happy with. The other difference is that I have an entire team of buyer agents that specialize in only dealing with buyers, who are available to my buyers at all time for your convenience. One main difference between my team and other Real Estate agents is that we like to keep you informed and educated along the way when it comes to buying a home. We provide you with a home buying booklet, DVDs and educational videos to help you understand things as they are happening to keep you in the loop at all times. I feel that providing resources for educating are extremely important, so that you feel comfortable working with me, and also feel comfortable with what is happening along the way.

The other thing that is extremely important is being able to research the company or person you choose to work with and see what others have to say about their past experiences. In today's environment of online Real Estate review website like Zillow, Realtor.com, Yelp, or Facebook you should always do your homework and make sure you are not working with someone that has a bad reputation. We literally have hundreds of online reviews from our past clients raving about our services that we provided, so be sure to do your research. You should always Google the name of the Real Estate agent you choose to work with and see what their online reputation is. Many times you may see a lot of negative reviews or nothing at all. If you see nothing at all, this many times can be indicative that they are a brand new Real Estate agent or that they simply don’t do enough business to have a lot of Real Estate experience.

Lastly, I feel that all of the extra services and benefits above beyond knowledge, experience and negotiating skills are something every home buyer should take into consideration as well.
