Who will determine the listing price of my property? Typically it is our clients who determine what they want the list price to be after we provide them with recent market sales data. There are no rules for determining the listing price of your property if you enter the contest and if you win. This will be something that the client will get to choose. Is this for ONLY properties in the 92130 zip code? Yes, this only applies to properties that are located in the 92130 zip code and it must be actively listed in the MLS by end of the year 2022. It can be a condo, twin home or single-family residence. Not land, though there isn't much land left in 92130!Is this real or is this some kind of scam?This is a real contest, where 1 winner will be announced live-streamed on social media for everyone to see and verify it. We will sign a very real contract stating in writing that we are listing your property for FREE!

Am I obligated to use you as my agent if I enter the contest? No! There is no obligation to hire us in order to enter the contest. However, if you win, we would have to be the agent to list your house for FREE.
Will you be FULLY marketing my property if I win?Yes. The winner of the contest will receive the WAnnebo Real estate Group's FULL marketing program and package, and all the marketing costs will be free to the seller of the property. We are happy to provide you with a copy of our full marketing program upon request.Do you give out any of my personal information to anyone?Never. We do NOT share or sell any of your information with any 3rd parties, outside vendors, or other real estate agents or firms. We will announce LIVE on STREAMING Social Media the street name of the winner, but not their name. In the event we have multiple entries from the same street, we will read the last two digits of the numerical address along with the street name as the winner!What if I don't want to sell in 2022, can I still enter the contest? Yes, you only have to LIST your property by the end of the year in 2022, but it does NOT have to sell in 2022.Can I opt-out at any time if I enter the contest and change my mind? Of Course!
What if I hire you and my home sells BEFORE the contest winner is announced? Can I still win? YES! All of our current and past clients from 2022 will be automatically entered to win, and will be reimbursed 100% of listing commissions we received if we sell your home before the winner is announced but you then, win!
