About Belmont Community
The Belmont development in Carmel Country Highlands, was built by Pardee, and have sizes ranging from 2720 sq ft. to 3693 sq ft. They are mostly situated around the Sage Canyon Elementary School, and some are situated on canyons. They were built in the years of 2000-2002.
