Nicole and her team were a dream to work with. Selling a house can be a stressful task to say the least. Nothing in my life was more stress inducing more than purchasing a home. I’ve had the means, but the sheer amount of esoteric knowledge needed to make a great decision about where/when you want to purchase a home is not trivial. One of my best friends suggested that I speak to Dave W. I called him and I knew right away we made the right decision.Dave was a teacher before he was into real estate and it shows. In the time we spent together was a master class on what needed to be done for our dreams to be made material. He never made us feel bad for not knowing all the ins and outs of real estate. Instead, Dave took the time to explain WHY the questions he asked us were important. It helped narrow down the places we were considering. I am sure this saved us MONTHS of searching. My lady and I were gobsmacked by the sheer amount of esoteric knowledge Dave shared with us as we went from property to property. Aspects of a home that we thought didn’t matter Dave put into perspective and turns out they did! Selling your home is much more complicated and difficult than most people think……you can’t just stick a For Sale sign in your front yard and expect a buyer to magically appear. Fortunately, I was already familiar with this fact and knew that my situation was a bit unique and needed someone knowledgeable and most importantly, someone I could trust. For these reasons, I used Dave Walsh to sell my house. There were several of my siblings involved in my home sale and Dave has a very calm and reassuring demeanor about him which was definitely a requirement in my situation. Dave is an excellent agent. My wife and I were very fortunate to meet him early on in our home search. Dave and his colleagues at the Wannebo group are deeply rooted in the area and have longstanding relationships with homeowners in San Diego and other established real estate agents in the region. After honing in on what my wife and I were truly looking for in a home through several discussions and tours of properties together - Dave ultimately presented us with a home that was off-market which not only met - but also superseded our criteria at a price point that was below what we had expected to spend. This is one of those instances where we wish we can give more than 5 stars. Here are a few reasons: 1) Dave was very responsive with all of our inquiries and could accommodate the busy schedule of a Healthcare worker with all sorts of timing of showings including evenings. 2) He was very knowledgeable and didn't push us into offering on any houses we didn't absolutely love. His advice on writing a sincere offer letter (despite our skepticism) was also instrumental in beating a cash offer and closing on a beautiful dream home in the hot market. 3) His connections with others in the business also were great in our success (our mortgage agent, other realtors we met along the trail) .4) He was also able to deal with astounding grace our general ineptitude with the buying process as we were first time buyers and accidentally scheduled to close while out of country- somehow he and his team made it work! Felicia has helped me sell 2 condos and buy 1 house. With 20 yrs experience, she takes a lot of pressure off of her clients. I moved 40 miles away, and gave her the keys to a condo full of junk. Kurt was outstanding to work with. He knows the neighborhood extremely well, and is not pushy or over-sells anything. This is by far the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had due to Kurt and his team's knowledge, contacts/relationships, and ability to just get the job done. I would highly highly recommend using him as a broker. When we had some issues with the house (a leak caused by the cleaners), Kurt rushed over there to make sure there was no additional damage, called a plumber who was there later in the day to fix it.
