The Pines community is built by Baldwin in 1985. There are total of 168 homes with four plans. These homes are single and two-story homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms, and 2 to 3 bathrooms. The size of the homes range from 1,236 sf. to 1,803 sf. This community is centrally located near schools, parks and shopping. There is no HOA or Mello Roos. Assigned schools are Carmel Del Mar Elementary, Carmel Valley Middle School, and Torrey Pines High School.
