Promontory (south) is a development in East-Central Carmel Valley located merely a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. The development was built by Pardee Homes circa 1997-98. There are 3 floor plans ranging in size from 3400 to 4015 square feet, featuring 4 -5 bedrooms. Many of the homes have panoramic green belt and canyon views. Promontory is part of Ashley Falls Elementary, Carmel Valley Middle and Torrey High School.
