About Heights Community
The Heights is one of the original and larger developments in northwest Carmel Valley. Build by Pardee Homes from 1983 – 1989, the development consists of 500 single-family homes with five distinct plans, ranging from 3 – 5 bedrooms, with 2,128 – 3,139 square feet.
The Heights development boasts larger lots than most newer developments, as well as featuring vaulted ceilings, family rooms, fireplaces, with several models having a 3-car garage.
The Heights are within the Solana Beach School District and the San Dieguito Union High School District. The Heights has very low monthly HOA dues with no mello-roos.
