The Sundowner Estates is a small community of 23 single-family homes located on a cul de sac. They were built between 1996 and 2004 and feature 5-7 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, and range from 3,403 to 5,096 square feet. Just about all of the homes with an exception of a few are situated on an open space canyon and offer amazing views & afternoon breezes.
