About Arabella Community
Arabella is a community in Pacific Highlands Ranch in Carmel Valley, built by Pardee in 2005-07. The 132 homes are 3-5 bedrooms, with a size of 2007-2453 square feet. Some homes have a bedroom downstairs. This development has use of the West Highland Recreation Center which has Olympic size pool, fitness room, club room, covered outdoor areas with fireplaces, and a water play area for children. There are HOA and mello-roos fees.
