Andalucia was built in 2002 and was inspired by the architecture of the Andalucia region of Spain. Neighboring San Diego communities of Del Mar, La Jolla and University City. Theses townhomes offer two different floor plans ranging in size from 1,231 square feet to 1,388 square feet. They are 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms.
